Standard Labor Warranty

Your installation is covered under a 3-year labor warranty from date of install for:

1. Sagging

2. Pulling loose

3. Leaking or failure due to improper installation

🔒 This warranty is not transferable.

Not Covered:

1. Storms, hail, flooding

2. Structural damage

3. Mold or rot

4. Wear & tear

5. Maintenance issues (like clogged gutters)

NOTE: Service calls requested after 90 days may incur a fee if the issue is due to debris or lack of maintenance.

Common causes not covered:

1. Curled-under shingles

2. Improper slope of fascia

3. Clogging from leaves or debris
